Constantine Skourlis
Hailing from Athens, Constantine Skourlis is a composer and musician whose sound feels like it’s reaching from the edges of the universe. Drawing inspiration from metal, drone, and classical music, Skourlis crafts evocative soundscapes that delve into the cosmos, exploring themes of tension, sorrow, and redemption. His acclaimed debut album, Hades (Bedouin, 2017), drew inspiration from Greek mythology and gained recognition with performances at venues such as Berghain (Berlin), BOZAR (Brussels), and Onassis Stegi (Athens). His follow-up, Eternal Recurrence (Bedouin, 2020), hailed as a "sonic atlas" by A Closer Listen, explored cycles of rebirth through ancient Greek mythology. Prepare to be transported as Skourlis takes you on a journey through the unknown, blending harmony and chaos into deeply emotional and atmospheric compositions.
