Het mag duidelijk zijn dat de toekomst er rooskleurig uitziet voor de Australische singer-songwriter Stella Donnelly die met haar mooie, zoete en zachte stemgeluid de luisteraar moeiteloos betovert, maar ook bij de les houdt. Met haar goed onthaalde debuutalbum 'Beware of the dogs' debuteerde de artiest in 2019 op Secretly Canadian en drie jaar later is ze terug om dat kouwe kunstje nog eens over te doen. Na jaren van verhuizen, veel verhuizen, en vogelspotten klinkt Donnelly dartel als een lammertje op 'Lungs', een eerste voorsmaakje van haar nieuwe plaat 'Flood'.
