MUSEUM NIGHT FEVER x BOTA BY NIGHT

Na de ongelofelijke avond van vorig jaar slaan Museum Night Fever en Botanique met plezier de handen terug ineen voor de officiële MNF afterparty!

Ga uit je dak in onze Orangerie op de beste global breaks en beats, met dank aan onder andere shatta soundtracker GЯEG, de Australische genrebrekende dj Surusinghe en LA wervelwind Bianca Oblivion. 

Kenia’s enfant terrible Kabeaushé brengt hun theatrale alt-pop naar het museum voor een live optreden, gevolgd door nog een live elektronische muziekset door Hyperdub’s nieuwste rijzende ster Lila Tirando a Violeta en het Zuid-Afrikaanse trio Omagoqa, dat helemaal uit Durban komt met hun bass-heavy uThayela.

De dresscode voor Botanique’s kelder, aka de Witloof Bar, is ripped jeans en geverfd haar, want de energie wordt zeker PUNK met concerten van het Mexicaanse duo Luz luz luz! en de Brusselse Eiedma.

Mika Oki presents Night Metamorphosis, an AV installation exploring the entanglement of projections and smoke. Presented for the first time at KANAL - Centre Pompidou, the project is an ecosystem in perpetual motion. Placed on the floor, the installation blurs the boundaries between technological and organic, triggering multiple images of the unconscious. It creates subjective perceptions such as cities seen from the sky, waves under the moonlight or aurora borealis. The audience's presence, breath, movements and body heat gently influence the work and become part of its ecosystem.
