People with specific access requirement

The Botanique is accessible to wheelchair users and to people with specific access requirements. This entrance is situated at the park.

We would like to ask you to inform someone at the reception (02 226 12 24) of your arrival. Our reception staff can then open the gate at the Rue Royale/Koningsstraat (about 100 metres to the left when facing the entrance of the building).

Once you’ve entered the building, the venues Rotonde and Orangerie are accessible through the conservatories. The Witloof is accessible via the elevator in the entrance hall.

We would also like to inform you that there aren’t any “adjusted” areas in our venues!

Due to the former, we kindly ask you to arrive on time (at 19.30, at the opening of the doors).

This way, we will be able to show you to your seat first, which would allow you to enjoy the concert under optimal conditions.
