Sunday Charmers is primarily the story of two brothers with an ambitious project : to bring melancholy to life. By skillfully blending genres—pop, post-punk, indie rock, and soul—the Brussels-based duo defies conventions to create a unique universe that is both wild and dreamlike.
This world comes truly alive on stage during their passionate and immersive performances that leave a lasting impression. After two albums that ignited stages across Belgium (Madeleine, Botanique, Reflektor, Belvédère, Entrepôt...) and received airplay on Belgian radio (Tipik, La Première, Bel RTL, etc.), as well as notable beginnings in France (Supersonic), the Sunday Charmers are making a strong return with a new album that matches their ambitions. By pushing the boundaries of genres—pop, post-punk, indie rock, soul—they create a distinctive sound that draws from the past while looking forward.
Their music is both explosive and ethereal, marked by profound sincerity. With dreamlike melodies and visceral energy, they stand at the crossroads of influences from The Cure, Billie Eilish, and Flavien Berger. This time, the band has chosen to delve even deeper into their truth, exploring personal themes that resonate with many today, such as hypersensitivity and the anxieties of the modern world.

Joshuwa
