"UN PETIT GÉNIE DES SYNTHÉ."
Le prophète est de retour. Sur son premier album, « Music For Prophet » (2017), Marc Melià, à la fois compositeur chimérique et chercheur appliqué, avait exploré les possibilités offertes par le synthétiseur mythique. Au cœur de ce nouvel album, prévu pour le 15 octobre 2021 chez Pan European Recordings, Marc Melià devient un robot qui parle d'amour et de rêveries et nous fait surfer à travers des vagues d'accords profondément émouvants, textures électrisantes et rythmes subtils. Il sera accompagné sur scène, de Roméo Poirier, une des figures les plus prometteuses de l’ambient et de l'élégance du multi-instrumentiste Lou Rotzinger.
BAUM
Hendrike Scharmann aka BAUM (Pablo’s Eye, Botanical Bodies,…) is a multi instrumentalist, violinist, singer and composer based in Brussels who gets inspired by music from around the globe. Traveling through India and the Middle East she has been studying the local music traditions.In BAUM, her solo project, she creates sound landscapes planting melodies and harmonies, letting them grow until they start to move with the wind. As found in nature disorder and structure meet as well as coincidence and predestined forms. Her music floats between eclectic ambient, experiment and stubborn pop fragments, using spoken word, violin, voice, guitar, synths, oud and more.This is accompanied by homemade visuals.
