Solo instrumental project by the Brussels-based guitarist (Wolvennest, FKA Mongolito). The project is defined by a blend of dark ambient, dark blues, soundtrack, and post-rock styles.

DESERTION

Né l'été 2023 à Brux-Hell, DESERTION est : Muzah (chant), Simon (guitares) et Lucius (machines). Avec des influences comme la dark folk, la musique industrielle, l'EBM et le black metal - DESERTION crée des pistes et des performances reflétant la noirceur de qui a fait la deuil de la liberté tout en continuant à se battre dans la survie en ce bas monde. Une première demo tape est sortie pour le premier live de DESERTION, le 16 décembre 2023, et DESERTION continue sa lourde marche loin des sentiers battus avec de nouvelles tracks et nouveaux live...

ALTAÏR

Altair started midway between freedom and total control, which were covid times. A breath of fresh air, so to speak. Old friendships and idelas were rebuilt long after our youth bands - Broken Promises, Apaches, Reno - were gone. We still needed more. Altair, the eye of the eagle, seeks to see beyond our daily fortunes. Fires, mountains, eternal bright blue skies. Smithing music to overcome our fates, we tend to do it low and steady, following the hammer beating the anvil, with the aching and the burning that it brings. No polishing here, we keep it straight out of the forge. The, sometimes, in that heaviness we try to find birdson. We're happy to take you on the journey. Come beyond the great ocean. Cairn, our first album, sets the way.
