The Australian artist Lawrence English collaborates with the Canadian musician Loscil in a union that seems seamless, almost evident. From this collaboration arises their first project: "Colour Of Air." The album draws its inspiration from a collection of sound recordings of a century-old organ located in the historic building of the Brisbane Museum. After deconstruction and reconstruction, these recordings form eight tracks, blending acoustic and electronic elements.

The timbre of the instrument adds to the unique identity of the location, giving the duo's productions a muted sonic color reminiscent of the warmth of light beams penetrating a nave adorned with stained glass. Each of the eight tracks in the project is named after a hue that the duo infuses into their compositions, ranging from the ethereal "Yellow" to the melancholic "Violet."

Margaret Hermant, artiste belge et cofondatrice du groupe néo-classique Echo Collective, présente son tout nouveau projet solo où elle choisit de se focaliser sur la harpe. Un choix artistique audacieux qui dévoile une nouvelle facette de sa démarche artistique.

Dans son processus créatif, Margaret Hermant s'associe étroitement avec l'ingénieur du son et producteur Fabien Leseure, cherchant à marier les sons acoustiques originaux de la harpe avec des effets innovants et des techniques de traitement sonore inhabituelles, offrant ainsi une expérience musicale immersive. Son projet solo commence avec son premier titre, « Under », sorti sous le prestigieux label Deutsche Grammophon en 2021, dans le cadre de la compilation « Project XI ». Il se poursuit sur le même label, avec la sortie de la piste « Lightwell » pour l'album « Lys » de la violoniste Mari Samuelsen. En 2023, elle révèle sa première bande originale de musique de film, franchissant ainsi une nouvelle étape significative dans sa carrière.

L'influence de Margaret provient également de ses nombreuses collaborations avec des artistes éminents tels que Dustin O'Halloran, Johann Johannsson, Adam Wiltzie, Christina Vantzou, Rutger Hoedemaeker et Joep Beving. Ces expériences variées enrichissent son répertoire musical, apportant une diversité et une couleur unique à ses compositions.
