Vicious, vibrant British punk oozing with charisma and teen angst

“Across ‘Mass’ the band bring every ounce of energy that they always did, while dialling down some of the near-dangerous recklessness of their past selves.”
NME

“Intro: Smells Like Teen Spirit, vocals: My Chemical Romance” reads a YouTube comment under the video for ‘Bug’. “Nick Cave meets Tame Impala” is someone else’s response to the ‘Black tree’ video. It’s pretty clear: King Nun isn’t easily classifiable. The 1975’s Matty Healy’s new favourite band has a unique style, encompassing everything you love: teen angst, bags of charisma and chaotically brutal punk. Speaking about debut album “Mass”, frontman Theo Polyzoides reveals “[The album is] me nailing myself to the cross, and saying ‘Just take everything”. Get prepared to find out how much King Nun have to give in the Witloof Bar on March 8.
