Guilt is a led by François Custers and joined by Antoine Flipo, Martin Grégoire (Glass Museum), Pierre Van Vlanderen (Endless Dive) and Jeremy Debuysschere (Jean-Paul Groove, Indigo Mango). Crossing folk sounds with post-rock and electronic influences, Guilt also marks the end of a 10 year long musical drought that’s been filled with constant questioning, paralyzing perfectionism but a fierce desire to come out of that closet anyway. In one simple word, it aims to embody both a modern and very personal feeling. One that comes with the general sense of despair generated by our modern era and also that of a white European male coming to grips with the questioning of his inherited privileges. First single “Missed Shots” (2020) was co-written with Karam Alhindi and was telling the stories of people who are stuck at the gates of Europe after fleeing from their country.

Benni est une jeune auteure-compositrice-interprète de la région de Vielsalm. Bercée par des figures de la folk musique actuelle comme Mumford & Sons, Bon Iver ou Damien Rice, elle compose ses chansons autour d'un monde utopique et pourtant authentique, le sien. Avec sa voix singulière, ses mélodies aux sonorités indie-folk et ses textes ancrés dans les enjeux environnementaux et sociétaux, elle souhaite transmettre un message de l’essentiel et de la simplicité.
