Since 2016, Glass Museum has been combining the surgical precision of the best contemporary jazz, à la Gogo Penguin and Badbadnotgood, with the electronic influences of Jon Hopkins or Floating Points in songs fueled by a raw, sunny energy. Made up of Brussels musicians Antoine Flipo (synths) and Martin Grégoire (drums), the duo has been making waves in recent years with their albums 'Deux' and the recently released 'Reykjavik'. On stage, the two always take their compositions to another level, as they show off their impeccable craftsmanship, while simultaneously overwhelming the crowd with the emotional side of their instrumental music.
The summer is going to be busy at Botanique! 16 bands and artists who would have played in our venues this spring or autumn will have the opportunity to rehearse on a large stage for three days as part of the artists in residence summer programme. At the end of their residence, they will play an exclusive concert that will be broadcast live on our Facebook and Youtube pages. It may not fully give you the feeling of a live performance, but this is the best we can do for now! Please make a contribution if you can; all the money will go to the artists. Support your local scene!
