Cabane is Belgian composer and songwriter Thomas Jean Henri's latest project. He joined forces with Caroline Gabard and Sean O'Hagan to create a rustic balance between soft string strokes and sophisticated arrangements. For their latest songs, Sangokaku and La Gomera, they found none other than Bonnie “Prince” Billy and Kate Stables aka This Is The Kit. These two folk masters helped them determine the feeling of a drizzly autumn evening. During Les Nuits, in Grand Salon!
A creation supported by Sabam for Culture.
Rachael Dadd
After presenting the critically acclaimed "We Resonate", Bristol's Rachael Dadd returns with "Flux". The multi-instrumentalist's latest album is a revolt in the face of recent political events which destabilized the world, and a logbook at the heart of intimacy. "Flux" is Dadd's sixth opus, on which her lo-fi folk shines through stronger than ever. Co-produced by Marcus Hemblett (James Holden, Villagers, Laura Marling, Bears Den), it features numerous collaborations with artists like Emma Gatrill (Matthew and the Atlas), Rob Pemberton (Low Chimes, Emily Barker), Jim Barr (session musician for Portishead among others), Kate Stables (This is the Kit) and Rozi Plain. She already conquered Glastonbury, Les Nuits Botanique will surely follow.
