Black Country, New Road sound like a proper filthy juggernaut of a band, a real experience to behold. At times, colossal metal riffs mangle with frenetic jazz freakouts; occasionally film noir string motifs are motored into the urgent present with a razortight rhythm section.
Drug Store Romeos
Trio britannique composé de Charlie, Jonny et Sarah, Drug Store Romeos voit le jour en 2018 lorsque les trois comparses étaient encore sur les bancs de l’université. Le groupe, influencé par Beach House et Portishead, se fait réellement connaître en 2019 avec « Now You’re Moving », un premier titre pop aérien aux sonorités seventies. Signés depuis l'année passée chez Fiction Records, Drug Store Romeos sort son premier album intitulé « The World Within Our Bedrooms ». Un opus enregistré aux Eastcote Studios en compagnie du producteur George Murphy.
